Flexible work scheduling an imperative
More flexible and systematic forms of job-sharing might help single moms/dads, people who can't work long hours, and the economy in general. A lot of people are barred from work by scheduling conflicts. Management should be skilled in arranging schedules adaptively and with respect for the time and sanity of workers, or it's not really management, just systematization or bossing. It is also extremely important that we provide options for day labor and walk-in hourly work.
